How it works

  1. 1 Upload your rate card. PDF or XLSX. The rate-interpretation agent parses it into structured rate tiers — base rates, zones, weight breaks, accessorials, and dimensional-weight rules. Review the agent's interpretation before activating.
  2. 2 Connect your carrier account. Encrypted with per-record AES-256-GCM envelope encryption (Rust-native, your credentials never leave the platform in plaintext). The collection worker pulls invoices from the carrier portal on your configured schedule.
  3. 3 Automated audit runs. The invoice-audit agent loops through each line item — 25–40 turns of adaptive-thinking tool use against a 21-tool MCP server — checking every charge against the parsed rate card. Late deliveries that hit a carrier guarantee flag as claim-eligible.
  4. 4 Review findings. Each finding includes the agent's reasoning, the rate tier it pulled, and the expected refund. Confirm or dismiss from the Audit Review page. Confirmed findings enter the claims pipeline.
